Selling and buying houses has always been a stressful event, and we had no expectations that this sale would be any different. However, we chose the right agent with Michelle! Michelle immediately put us at ease with her down to earth and approachable manner. Once our tenants had moved out of the house, Michelle went to work. Immediately after the tenants had vacated, our home was photographed and videoed. Who could I trust to sell our home for the best possible outcome some agents are good but I found they lacked in certain area's it's like they have not reached this century or too cocky or don't prepare when returning with a price that they did not realize that land attached to your block is there ? that block that another building could be built ?or 1 sent us a hand written note in the post (quant) that they will be in touch never to be seen or heard of again? But wait they still advertise for new stock. I cant believe selling homes is these agents livelihood Big mistake Big Huge. I hit the Jackpot when I called Michelle Percival and her Team . I am very pleased with everything about the sale of my home

Michelle and her team were incredibly professional from the moment we approached to place our two townhouses on the market to the fantastic moment we exchanged contracts. Michelle was there in the drivers seat organising repairs and helping me to prepare our properties to present well to the market to gain their best potential price. She organised all the quotes and initiated the repairs immediately on agreement. What could have been an overwhelming task was made simple and straight forward. Her advice on how to present our properties was realistic and payed off . Immediately we received huge interest in our properties and the final price offered exceeded our expectations . We sold both properties swiftly in the end but not without much negotiation required by Michelle by three different interested parties that boosted the price way over the original sale price. We were never left out of the loop and felt in control of all decisions required. Michelle and her team (including Michael and the rental team ) really need to be congratulated on providing us with the best outcome we could hope for along with a great experience from start to finish. I guess many people have a general mistrust of Real estate agents. That is not necessary here as you will find Michelle is passionate about the job she does and truly cares about the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
