That is not necessary here as you will find Michelle is passionate about the job she does and truly cares about the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Our Buyer experience was easy and nothing was a problem. It was all handled openly, honestly and professionally.

I have worked for Michelle for over 8 years and always admired her as an agent but it wasn't until she sold my own investment property that I was blown away by just what lengths she goes to to achieve amazing sales results. We listed our townhouse with Michelle and she immediately gave us some suggestions on doing some minor works to the property to enhance the appearance. Small things like high pressure cleaning, a little bit of external painting and some garden mulch lifted the appearance greatly at a minimal cost. Michelle met a painter and gardener at 7.30am one morning to ensure they knew exactly what was required. The property hit the market on a Thursday and we received a full price offer at the first open house a couple of days later. Contracts were then exchanged within 5 days. Michelle cares about her clients and works so hard to achieve the best possible sales results. In our case she exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful for all she did.

Thanks to Jenny for knowing exactly the home I was after and if it wasn't for her I'd never have found this home . The only criticism I would have was the Pressure I had for the week after while I was organizing finance .we were doing all we possibly could to make it happen fast but it seemed it wasn't fast enough... then to get an email saying our accepted offer wasn't final and they continued having an open house was really uncool . I think the professionalism with the pest and building inspection already done was awesome . Thanks to the team for all they did . Over all we were pleased
