Wishing to sell our family's Port Macquarie house, I researched who were the top 4 agents in Port Macquarie, seeking those agents who sold the most houses for the year to date, for the best price, in a comparable market, in the shortest time frame. I interviewed the top four, and Michelle stood out above the others, in both her stellar statistics, and her professional warm and friendly manner. I knew that buyers would connect well with her. She felt confident that she could get us a great price, and gave us a price range to expect. Michelle has been in the industry for more than 40 years, and watching her work, it shows. Our family were late in getting our house ready and cleaned up for sale, and instead of being ready to sell in November as we'd hoped, weren't ready till the start of December. Meaning that instead of having 6 good weeks to sell before the Christmas slow down period, we ended up with only two weeks to get the job done. Not to be deterred, Michelle went straight to it, doing a radio interview on Triple M positively praising our property, and Michelle and Glenn went to work on their extensive data base of interested buyers, letting them know ahead of time that a suitable property that they may be interested in was coming up for listing. In short, on the first two days of going live with the campaign, there were 25 groups of interested buyers through. Some coming back a second time. Many more in the days ahead. In total we received 11 offers, and we ended up accepting an offer that fell well within the price range that Michelle confidently predicted, selling the house within 16 days, at a price that was $160,000 higher than one of the other top 4 Port Macquarie agents predicted we would sell for. We couldn't be happier.
