I recently sold my property in Yokine using Michelle. I contacted Michelle based on a family recommendation. Michelle had a list of buyers she contacted immediately and one of these people purchased the property without the need for advertising. I was living outside Australia at the time and Michelle was able to communicate instantly with me using WhatsApp and follow up emails so I never felt out of the loop. When the first buyer started to feel nervous 1 day after making the offer, Michelle had a replacement buyer within 2 days. Her knowledge and skills in the real-estate market in Perth got me the best deal with a minimum expenditure. I plan on using Michelle again in the future and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real-estate agent in Perth.
Michelle was really great in assisting our first property purchase. She was always available and responded very quickly when we had questions to ask and did her best to accommodate us. However, there were a couple of minor details regarding the house that Michelle was unsure about but she had to confirm with tenant/owner so it was all good.

She finalised the sale on a Saturday night and executed the documentation the following Sunday. It's lovely to work with someone so knowledgeable and capable. I've come across a few agents that are very pushy and to be honest sometimes come across as arrogant. I found Michelle to be the exact opposite, she was very thoughtful on when I was prepared to put my property on the market.
