As a buyer, I cannot fault Michelle. She provided all the information I required in an extremely timely and professional manner. Her friendly and courteous disposition was on display at all times. She satisfied all my requests without hesitation and even went out of her way to fix things for me by attending in person. Nothing seemed to be too much of an effort for her.
