Michelle helped us sell within a matter of days, for a price we never even dreamed of. Her knowledge of the area is second to none, and made us really confident in her ability to sell our property and also have a pool of buyers interested in the area to come and see our property.
Michelle was always in contact after every open for inspection, with group numbers and feedback. We had the property on the market with tenants living in the house, which can sometimes be an issue with open for inspection times. Michelle must have charmed the tenants as they were very compliant with times. I don't think any other agent could have negotiated a better price.
Amazing is all i can say, Michelle had our property sold before it even hit the market. We signed the paperwork on Thursday and by Saturday it was sold. Her level of communication and negotiating skills is outstanding. I would never sell a property through anyone else and have highly recommended her to anyone selling their property.
