We first contacted Michelle about 6 months before actually deciding to go on the market after seeing her face all over town from homes she was selling. Once we decided to sell, Michelle gave us some quick pointers on what to fix and change and before we knew it we were having professional photos done days later. A week to the day from signing, we were online and ready to roll. 22 hours later ( you read that right - and not even the open for inspection day listed online) Michelle called to ask if we would except a little over what we were asking for. We said of course! She then kept upping the number until she finally told us she had secured 15% extra on our original asking price (she even made a normally stressful situation fun and memorable ) That very night she came over with paperwork, signed and delivered.
