What can we say….Michelle came to our house and we were in awe of her super vibrant personality and professionalism. At the time we arranged to meet with Michelle to have her value our home we were unsure of it’s true market value. We explained we had already spoken with two other agents who really didn’t leave us with much of an impression at all and also undervalued our house drastically…..they told us high 500’s to low 600’s. When we told Michelle , she said “Your kidding” ….that is so undervaluing your beautiful home….I can tell you now this house is worth at least mid to high 600’s. She also said it wouldn’t take long at all to sell. The proof was in the pudding so to speak….she showed us several coloured brochures of homes she had sold in our estate for record prices. Well we went through all the motions and had our home in tip top condition for the 1st open for inspection and it sold on that day for the fabulous price of $660,000. Michelle is a great agent who goes above and beyond to get you every possible last dollar, she was the only agent I looked at in our area because she was selling so many property's for prices that I could only dream of.
