We'd heard about Michelle from online reviews and Google searches, but to experience Michelle (and her wonderful team) first hand is something else! Our sales campaign started off with a bang and we received detailed feedback (sometimes as late as 9pm on a Saturday!) which was helpful without being judgmental. When we reached a bit of a lull, to be honest we could easily have just thrown in the towel. Michelle talked us through some options and when these were implemented, just like that we got a sale.............and got pretty close to the high end of our price range. Real Estate Agents can be quite hit and miss, so do your research. If our review helps just one more client to be added to Team Michelle's books, then you won't be disappointed.
