We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home through Michelle. The whole team were amazing. Emily was incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to adjusting inspection and meeting times - nothing was ever too much trouble. The entire process felt smooth and well organised from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt informed and supported, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful time. The handover was seamless, and the attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Both Emily and Michelle were professional, responsive, and genuinely lovely to deal with.
