Not bad, but not great.
Apart from negotiating the final sale price I had no direct interaction with Michelle. I spoke with different people at two inspections and via email communications. As a first home buyer I'm not sure how these interactions should be rated but I had hoped for something a bit more supportive.

Thanks for the review and congratulations on your purchase. Yes our main interactions were negotiating as this is something I solely do for all my properties. My amazing team are the people who have organised your private appointment and taken you through the property and stepped you through putting in an offer. They have helped with your finance and building and pest questions and even made a time to get you back out there today to put the Sold sticker on and take photos for you. Not sure what more you would like to have achieved from the experience but sorry it hasn’t lived up to your expectations.
