I am afraid I do not have many words in my vocabulary to describe Michelle’s exceptional service. I sold my property remotely and never met Michelle or her team in person, yet the entire process was smooth, personal, and incredibly well managed. Michelle has outstanding skills in building a highly functional, efficient, friendly, and enthusiastic team. Every phone call was answered promptly, either by Michelle herself or a team member who immediately knew who I was, understood my needs, and took action straight away. No request was ever a problem — whether it was contacting another rental agent to collect keys or organising repairs. We received three offers within just two days of the property being on the market. When the first contract fell apart, Michelle’s confidence and reassurance were invaluable. Her agency conducted not only scheduled inspections but also inspections on request, and I was always kept fully informed, often receiving updates even as late as 8 pm. Michelle showed excellent negotiation skills with the second offer, and throughout the entire process I felt like a VIP client despite never meeting anyone in person. It was such a positive experience that I will never hesitate to use Michelle again and highly recommend her to anyone selling their property.
