Michelle is straight down the line from the get go, which we appreciated. Her team are also fantastic, and their process is extremely efficient and informative the entire way through the sales process. There was always someone to pick up the phone if we had a question. We got a fantastic result and Michelle’s negotiating got us a decent chunk over the top of the range, which we were not expecting in this market!
