Mick was great throughout the sale process. He clearly explained the how and what's of our sale, and most importantly why he thought we should do X over Y. When it came with negotiating with potential buyers, he took our feedback on board, but also provided his balanced opinion to get to our desired outcome.

We went to Mick after a recommendation and couldn't have been happier. We had moved from Adelaide to Brisbane for work and planned to put aside our original plans to split our block. We didn't think we could effectively manage the project from another city but Mick talked us around offering to do all the leg work and local contacts etc so long as he got to sell the house and the other block at the end of it. As promised Mick did all the hard stuff and kept us updated every step of the way. He even came up with a much simpler and cheaper way of achieving our end goal. Not only did Mick take away a lot of stress for us he ended up making us a much larger profit then we would have achieved on our own. In the end Mick had a buyer for both the house and the block by the time we had final council approval and both properties sold at the higher end of the range Mick had suggested. His fees were very reasonable as well! Great job Mick!!

mick was great for us when we purchased our property at broadview. he understood what we wanted to do with it and the price we needed to buy it at and did his best to meet the needs of both parties. would definitely deal with him again
