Many times, I feel that agents are just wanting any old price just to close the sale. However, Fadi, guided me carefully on what he felt was the best price and he went above and beyond to get the best offer. My house sold before auction for a phenomenal price to someone on Boffo’s data base and I truly believe that this was down to Fadi’s determination. I would highly recommend Fadi and if I was to sell again, I would choose him to represent my home. There are many wonderful agents out there and some not so good ones. Fadi isn’t wonderful. He is exceptional and an asset to Boffo and the real estate industry. We need more good ones like him.
