We first got Mike in for an appraisal on the house, Mike was very efficent and went into detail with the market and where we were tracking with selling our house. He came to do so two days later with a keen interest and confidence that he would not only have buyers ready but also get us a sale price above our expectations. In fact, that same night he arranged for a private viewing to potential buyers the following evening! The day after the private viewing multiple offers were made.
