Professional, helpful throughout the whole buying process

My experience with Mike was a good one, i was always kept informed on what was happening. Would not how ever use the settlement agent suggested by Mike again, as i found him arrogant and was a poor communicator, and expected all costs up front before settlement which my bank manager and myself found odd. But overall my experience with Mike was good.

Mike was not only efficient and made the process quick and smooth he was very understanding and made the process of selling as stress free as possible

I believe that on this sale he was only looking for money and not the best outcome for the buyer or the seller. As the buyer, we have had to spend more money than anticipated due to issues that was not indicated When we purchased the property. Probably would not buy from him again
