Mike was very easy going yet professional. He was honest, provided suggestions but was not pushy. He was able to sell our property before it actually went on the market, drawing on his extensive knowledge of the area and the interested buyers. Several offers were presented before photos were taken, internet ads went and before we were required to pay marketing costs. I requested a valuation from Mike last year, purely out of interest. He was very prompt and very informative. Over the next few months myself and my partner spent a lot of time browsing online for houses in case we found anything we liked. Every time I emailed Mike for assistance, he was straight on the ball. He even spoke to several other agents for us to notify us of any new listings in the areas we were looking. Eventually we found the house, it had everything we wanted.
