Mike was very good at keeping us updated on where we were in our sell. And even before hand letting us know what was around and the prices we were expected to get. Would be happy to use Mike again if we were to ever sell again.

We have had a lot of issues with the purchase of this property, the issues are many and are unfortunately ongoing. Mike has done his best to support us throughout the purchase with the issues not being under his or our control. So although our experience of purchasing this property has not been good by any stretch of the imagination I will say that when you deal with Mike you know he will do his absolute best to assist you and will go above and beyond for his clients and customers.

Weekly reporting was very helpful and very professionally done. Initial advice on presenting the house to the market and pitching the price was good and modified as required. Clearly the few upgrades we affected at Mike's behest made a difference. That clearly reflects his experience in the immediate market area. Mike's was very responsive to all communications. His selling technique and strategy reflected a high level of effort and focus on our property. We were pleased and impressed. His oversight on the property was responsive as we saw signage change with 24 hours of the status changing.
