Mike commitment in helping the family locate a new home was excellent from our first phone call, through all our sms' and final chats in signing our house. Mike was always available for us to have a chat no matter the time of day or night and he help guide us through the process. This process took us 3 months (as we had to sell our house first) and Mike helped us over that period. We even managed some good jokes and laughter in the process.
