Already saw the good reviews about Mike and seen his picture all over Banksia Grove so knew he was the guy to go with. Very easy to deal with especially considering all the questions I pestered him about. Knew all about the current sale prices for houses in the area. Sent an interior designer around to help with setting the house up for photos and open home which was very useful. Got an offer after the first weekend in the market which we accepted. Was expecting the worst considering the market instead got the best outcome. Would highly recommend Mike to anyone else in the area looking to sell
