Mike organised a morning to show me what homes were available in Banksia Grove and were in my price range. He was able to tell me about some of my new neighbors, as he had sold them their homes, and helped me feel it would be a neighborhood I would be comfortable in. Very down to earth and easy going. Yes I would recommend him, especially if you are interested in living in Banksia Grove.
After having a bad experience with another agency we met mike a few times at some home opens and he was great. He let us just look round the houses and answered any questions we had but he was never pushy. He always communicated with us when he said he would. I felt very uncertain about the purchase process and Mike took the fear and insecurity away about my ignorance in this field and gave me confidence. He took the time to explain all the steps in the process and negotiated well on my behalf. He kept in touch so that I could continue to ask questions through the finance process and then allowed my family into the house prior to settlement so we could have a good look without the pressure of other buyers. Mike worked relentlessly for 3 months to sell my property. He organised endless home opens and diligently followed up on prospective buyers. Mike always replied promptly to text messages and emails. My situation was a little different to a straight forward sale, however, Mike always went the extra mile to accommodate the situation, and the outcome was a positive experience, in light of the difficult market.
