I'm not really great at these things, but Mike did a great job. While very few people attended the home opens being a slow market, he sold my house in 4 or 5 weeks within asking range when the first offer was $15k under the range. He managed to negogiate the buyer up into range quickly. He was friendly, positive and worked hard to market and sell the property and kept me involved along the way. Thank Mike - much appreciated.
