Mike sold our property at Hope Island significantly over the expected price. This was not an easy property to sell as it was a tenanted investment property with a long remaining term on the agreement. This meant finding potential buyers willing to accept the terms of the tenants. Add to this the lack of cooperation from the tenants with limited access to the access, not letting a photographer in and pulling on the tricks to prevent people from being able to inspect the house- it was a difficult exercise to say the least.
