Mike was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the purchasing process for my first home. He's a lovely person who provides good old fashioned service rarely seen these days.

Mike seems to have worked hard on the sale of my property and was quite pleasant and friendly in interactions. He projects an image of honesty which is necessary for engaging the trust of buyers and sellers alike. However, my experience with Mike has not been entirely satisfactory and encouraging. He frequently failed to return phone calls when requested despite my flexible expectations regarding the anticipated promptness of this courtesy. His attention to the maintenance of neatness and security of my property such as ensuring all doors and windows were adequately closed on conclusion of inspections has been disappointing with the care of keys being particularly poor. I have received no apology for a number of transgressions to which I have drawn his attention including the breakage of a unique and sole key for an original and fully functional 1920s lock on one of the doors providing entry to my house. Indeed, neither my property nor I have been shown an appropriate level of respect and, for this failing and for the issues I have described, I cannot recommend Mike who has been a dismal disappointment and the cause of considerable distress for me.

Mike works hard to meet both the Buyers and the Sellers wishes. He went over and above in every way to negotiate a mutually beneficial sale, working late at night and after hours to fit in with my roster. He walked us through the legal process in simple terms and ensured that it was fair to everyone. 10/10

We bought through Mike at Crowne Real Estate in March 2020. During this time, we were living in Sydney, and Mike was happy to meet my parents to undertake the inspection, and made buying the house from afar very easy and hassle free. Our property was a little more unique in its appeal to the buyers market due to being dual occupancy (2 houses) on almost 4 acres, less than eight minutes to Riverlink. We marketed with other real estate agencies, prior to entrusting the sale to Crowne, and although those others promised the world, they were unable to secure a sale in a strong market and didn’t offer the integrity or professionalism Mike Jones conducted throughout the process, which culminated in a successful result.
