I didnt have much to do with the actual purchase as I had a buyers advocate work on my behalf, however the negotiation, inspection and final contract process was completed efficiently and professionally and there didn't seem to be any "games"played during th eprocess
My experience with Mike was ok but if I have to sell or buy another property I don’t think i’ll Call him again. Communication was ok prior to the settlement but after that it was another story. If everything is in order then Mike will call you but as soon as there is a problem you won’t heard from him. So overall it was an ok experience specially for my first house. Bit disappointed though.
I have nothing but good things to say about Mike, he is very easy to deal with and experienced at what he does.
It was a pleasure to deal with Mike and his team, we went from buying a house through him to selling our house through him and nothing was too much trouble.
