First I had rang to enquire about a property they had listed which had just gained a contract. Kirsty continued to ask open ended questions about what we looking for to be able to assist with other properties they had listed or that may come up for sale. She dug a little deeper without being a over bearing pushy sales person and asked about my current situation . I explained we would be selling our family home before buying a new one. I explained we haven’t done anything yet in regards to value but had a figure of what were after. She offered to come over with some local market research and value our house. I was like that would be great thinking the earliest would be during the week due to being lunch time Saturday. Mike and herself came out at 5:30 pm that day. We had ran into Mike earlier in afternoon after a couple of open houses. Mike became a main point of call and was so accommodating to how we wanted it to work out for our new purchase who happened to be with them as well . Things happened so fast . Mike knew what he was doing and sold our house within a week!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances Mike had his personal Assistant Ally assist with finalising the last unconditional terms.
