Mike and Fraser were easy to contact, even after hours, and made sure to follow up small details. I had no issues in dealing with them and they were pleasant and helpful. I would just suggest that if some of the paperwork (e.g. Section 32) could be prepared before the house goes up for inspection, it may make their process a bit simpler.
