Throughout the whole process they kept us informed and made appropriate recommendations to assist in the sale of our property. The property sold in eight weeks and Colleen negotiated with the prospective buyer to get us the price we wanted. As we lived some distance from the property the whole process was managed by phone and email which worked well for us and we only met Collen briefly at the final inspection before settlement and that was by accident not planned. Excellent communication and feedback after viewings provided us with a true indication of how buyers were receiving our property and giving us the confidence to accept the buyers offer so quickly. Mike recently sold my property in Ilma Grove. Completely satisfied with the service received by Mike and his team. The marketing program and sale strategy was discussed in detail and mutually agreed. All costs completely transparent. He even arranged for some minor maintenance items to be addressed demonstrating his can-do attitude. Contactable and approachable. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Overall we were very disappointed with the sales experience from OBriens Real Estate. Agents didn't show initiative or present a plan when the property was slow to sell. We were promised a discount on our fees from Mike however after three months of phone calls it was found out this hadn't been approved by Mikes bosses. Then promised a partial fee refund from Starvos who owned our local Obriens Real Estate, however now after another 3 months of phone calls Stavros wont return my calls and the refund has never been paid. Would never use either again for these and many other reasons not set out here. Overall experience very disappointing.
