As a buyer Mike was great to deal with and was available for extra inspections when we were deciding whether to put in an offer on the property, which really helped. We were also lucky that the property was vacant and he did not hesitate in making it possible for us to go to the property prior to settlement to arrange quotes and to measure things. I found this very helpful. He also had advice along the way to make our short settlement possible. A great experience with Mike.
