Mitch made the process of selling my unit very easy. He had an accurate knowledge of the current market and offered suggestions on how to market my property, with rationale for this. He represented my interests during the sales period and negotiations, and was able to predict which peolpe coming to my open house were likely to put in an offer to buy. When one contract fell over due to finance issues, Mitch maintained his positivity which in turn helped me. I was able to relate and communicate easily with Mitch and his colleague Zac. They gave immediate feedback after my open houses, and followed this up a few days later after they'd contacted the potential purchasers. I'd have no hesitation in using Mitch and Zac in the future were I to consider buying or sellling a property. I also like the way Place Real Estate shares listings with other Place agencies.
