Many thanks to Sarah, Mark, Monica and Betina for their fantastic campaign on the recent sale of our house at Largs North, South Australia. Monica Finnis and Sarah Sheppard were exemplary in their professional and efficient manner to which their strategy was communicated to us. Their plan was successfully executed which resulted in the smooth and commendable sale of our home. Thanks again to Monica and the wonderful Harcourts Sheppard Team.
Instead of just going through sales in the area and giving us a price guide, Monica sat down with us and went through the home improvements we had done on our home and what we wanted to achieve out of the sale, what type of inspections we wanted, the entire process was mapped out with our input. We were never under any pressure and the entire process was very relaxed and professional. I would recommend Monica and the team and Harcourts to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home.
Despite being interstate vendors, Monica kept us so very well informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and communication skills were second to none and she achieved a great price for us. We could not want for more!
Monica did a fantastic job selling our property, very friendly, great to deal with and worked very hard to accomplish the sale above our expectations. Definitely recommend Monica and Harcourt Sheppard, John and Kaye
Monica is a friendly, professional and hard working individual. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the local area my property is located in, and is very experienced real estate agent. Monica was honest and well prepared. Together we came up with a sales strategy to achieve the best result for my property. Monica always maintained constant contact and kept me well informed after every open inspection. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Monica, and I look forward to utilising her services again in the future.
This is the second time we have used Monica in advertising and selling a property for us. The first occasion was a wonderful result and so we had no hesitation in contacting Monica when we decided to sell up at North Haven. At the first meeting, Monica gave us a complete run down on what to expect and suggested open inspection frequencies and times, value of the property, style and improvement suggestions and also what comparisons there were in the suburb. Any queries we had were answered promptly by Monica and if she didn't know the answer, she responded very quickly. On the day of the auction, Monica was very prepared and worked with the Auctioneer Mark extremely well and due to Monica's hard work, a great result was achieved. We have no hesitation in recommending Monica to sell your property !!!!
This is the second time we have trusted Monica to get a good result for us and once again, she came through and we are very happy with the outcome. At the first meeting, Monica gave us a review of what comparable properties were for sale in the suburb, suggested marketing strategies, some improvements to the house and rough reserve price For the next 4 weeks, Monica kept us informed about the interest in the house, number of viewers and if we had any questions, Monica was able to provide an answer immediately or get back to us asap. Day of the auction, Monica was well prepared and we got a fantastic result which we attribute to Monica's care for detail, care or the vendor and bloody hard work !! Well done Monica and thank you for all your efforts. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Monica Geoffrey Thomas
I recently purchased a property through Monica Furniss and was very impressed with her honesty, professionalism and hard work. She promptly followed through will all my requests to the owners and provided additional information where needed. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a property.
I was referred to Monica from a friend who engaged her to sell their property. On first meeting Monica we knew that she was the agent we wanted. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market sales in our area were above and beyond. We feel Monica certainly put in many more hours of work than was necessary and her guidance on the sale of the property meant we were able to sell well above the reserve. Highly recommended.
Monica sold our apartment in New Port. Her service, keeping us up to date when the home open was going to occur and keeping us posted at all times was excellent. Living in a different state it was reassuring to know that we had an Agent working for us in the best way possible and always keeping us informed on the whole process. Thank you so much Monica, we were extremely happy with your work and service.
