Exceeded expectations

I have to hand it to Monty. He called me up one day asking if I was interested in selling, to fob him off I gave him an arbitrary number thinking it'll never get that high anytime soon. He constantly kept in touch with me and after a year, he told me it was time. I didn't think he'd achieve my desired amount so I let him try off-market on the condition the new owner kept my existing tenant. He did not take long and came back to me with a great offer (over my expectations) It was a very painless smooth experience and Monty took care of everything. Highly recommend him. Purely for his experience, contacts and hunger to achieve the results.
