I was so pleased to receive an offer within 3 weeks of opening given the number of houses that were on the market at the time in a developing suburb. "Wonder Woman" That was our nickname for Nadija. This was our investment property and it was time to sell. The property needed a bit of TLC and Nadija threw herself into the task with gusto. She gave us excellent advice on what work items should be done. She was then able to call upon her list of contacts to attend to the necessary maintenance jobs. But she insisted in going the extra distance to present the property in its best light. Using her stage set of decorating pieces she transformed the spaces to give the place a special quality.
