I approached narnea as a second option following family court orders relating to the sale of our home. The house had already been advertised and on the market for 8 months with another agent. Narnea was initially amazing. She closed the deal and I signed the contract. She dealt with a difficult ex spouse well. However after requesting I do a review on real estate.com and once the sale was finalised, I was disappointed that I wasn’t contacted by my agent or by Remax to confirm the sale had gone through after many extensions. I was never congratulated on finally settling. I was told there would be a small gift that never eventuated. They simply got paid by the conveyancer and forgot about the seller.

Narnea always had time to answer those silly little questions we as inexperienced sellers had. She was very attentive, and all things done, she got us a quick sale at auction for a fair price. It was a whirlwind process, it all happened so quickly, and she was on top of everything every step of the way.
