Natalie was the lead agent on the sale of our Brisbane home and the single biggest reason it went the way it did. Nat owned the relationships with the key prospective buyers throughout, and she personally originated the offer we accepted. That is the part we would underline for any seller. We had planned a four to five week campaign culminating in auction. The response over the very first weekend was strong enough that we had multiple competing offers almost immediately, including one that exceeded our expectations, and we moved to a private treaty sale in under ten days on market. She read the room, told us the truth even when it wasn't what we hoped for, and built trust until we simply found ourselves taking her advice. That trust was completely earned.
