Purdie Street was around my limit in terms of finance but I knew as soon as I saw it that I loved it. I thank downton real estate for responding very quickly with my initial interest to inspect the home. Nat literally got back to me in a matter of a couple of hours and I sorted it out to go through it the next day. Even though Nat was going on holidays to Sydney, she took the time to make sure it was arranged. Whilst there was not much in the way of negotiating on the price, it was still a superb purchase and I was told the price that would be accepted by the vendor and it was. They were fast and efficient with getting my contract back to me 24hrs after making it out, with the vendor's signature. I am now using Nat and downton real estate as my property management team, until I move into my home in the future.
