Once we saw this town house listed through Red Fox we new it was ours and meant to be. Natalie handled our offer and eventual sale seemlessly and without fuss. While I can't say the process of buying a house in 2021 was a fun experience (we had submitted over 20 offers over the course of 14 months, had experienced Real Estate Agents who played games, treated us as dispensible and outright lied to us). Contrastly, Nat was genuine and honest, and a good source of local realestate knowledge and her weekly email updates was great to keep up with the goings on in the neighborhood.
