Nat was great from the start providing ideas on how to present the house. The staging company, photographer, floor plan designer were all fantastic as well. When there was a power outage during the twilight shoot, the photographer even returned at 5am two days later for an early morning shoot to ensure that we kept to timetable. We recently purchased a property in Bayswater that Natalie and her team were selling. From the moment we arrived at the house for the home open, we felt very welcome by both Natalie and her colleague Alannah. Once we saw this town house listed through Red Fox we new it was ours and meant to be. Natalie handled our offer and eventual sale seemlessly and without fuss. Very friendly and helpful throughout the process

While I can't say the process of buying a house in 2021 was a fun experience (we had submitted over 20 offers over the course of 14 months, had experienced Real Estate Agents who played games, treated us as dispensible and outright lied to us). Contrastly, Nat was genuine and honest, and a good source of local realestate knowledge and her weekly email updates was great to keep up with the goings on in the neighborhood. Alannah was excellent with her communication throughout the process. I am very glad we found our forever home through Red Fox Property (and very glad to not have to attend any more home opens on the weekend!)
