We had a wonderful experience with Natalie and Allanah.
We recently built a development that was 2 homes. I was told by 2 agents during appraisal, that 1 of the homes would get me $50 k more than the other, because it had 2 living areas, where as the other home did not.
Brand new, 2 storey , street front homes, with good appeal.
We opted to sell the “more expensive home” first.
For that, i chose a different agent who i had dealings with in the past.
After 12 weeks , in what was supposed to be a hot market, i received 1 offer, about $150 k lower than we had been told we could expect. We were getting very low numbers through home opens and generally was a completely awful experience and outcome.
That got me to the second home, for which i engaged Nat and Allanah.
Professional, engaging, thoroughly interested, personal, honest, enthusiastic.
From the get go, Nat took a long list of all the highlights that i considered the property to have. Things that i had given attention to, whilst doing the build.
Nat gave great consideration to our Marketing and did things quite differently to the other agent. She advised us on staging, which was very different advice to the prior home. She advised us to add curtains to finish dressing the house, where as the other agent said not to bother. She put together a long walk through video as part of our campaign, where as the other agent didnt. Nat opted for a no price opening, where the other home was prices from $ xyz.
Well, the first weekend we had a huge amount of people attend. I mean huge.
By the Sunday afternoon, we had multiple offers.
We selected the most appropriate offer for us and the deal was signed on Monday night. Thats a whole lot better than 12 weeks of home opens, keeping a new home polished, hiring staging furniture for 12 weeks, keeping gardens fresh and nice etc
The price outcome was spectacular. Over $100 k more than the first home.
Nat and Allanah were wonderful to deal with and i would recommend them 100%.
