I’ve had the pleasure of buying properties through Natalie twice now, and both times the level of service has been second to none. Natalie is professional, knowledgeable and highly responsive. She strikes the perfect balance of selling the home for the vendor, while making sure you as the potential buyer, are looked after too. Couldn’t recommend Natalie more highly...

Natalie is a good communicator and very efficient. She is knowledgeable and quick to respond to your queries. I would recommend her to sell your home.

Highly recommend Natalie and Bellcourt for sale of your property...awesome service and knowledge

Extremely good at disseminating information and keeping us informed at all times throughout the listing. Always phoned us directly after a home open to update us on number of groups through and those that showed genuine interest. Provided assistance with advice on a minor issue that arose after the building inspection and was able to recommended a contact that rectified the issue to everyone's satisfaction. Provided good, calm advise through what can be a stressful process for vendors.

Natalie comes with a wealth of knowledge of the area and the market. Natalies caring nature ensured a stress free experience. Her no bullshit approach to pricing and expectations is a highly respected attribute. Her practical negotiation of buying and selling puts her clients at ease in what can be a stressful environment for many families.

Nat is one of the best around. Her knowledge of the market is astounding and she was able to apply this knowledge to get us a quick sale. Well done Nat 🤗

Natalie was a pleasure to deal with and we appreciated both her professionalism and honesty. We would highly recommend engaging Natalie for any future property dealings.

Natalie Hoy and Shaun Pratt were committed and engaged throughout the whole process. At the beginning of the process Nat spent the time working with us on some changes to help better the sale of our home. As it's been a tough market, even when I wanted to give up they persisted and in the end got the desired outcome. They were patient, insightful, and genuine all through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nat and Shaun and any at the Bellcourp team.

NATALIES LOCAL KNOWLEDGE CERTAINLY CAME TO THE FORE HERE. HER RESEARCH AND EXPERIENCE RESULTED IN AN EXTRA ORDINARY QUICK SALE, WHICH FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. NATALIE AND SHAUN ARE A GREAT PROFESSIONAL TEAM, VERY APPROACHABLE AND PROMPT.

Natalie and the team were amazing from start to finish! They understood what we wanted (not just price) and they delivered. It was really important to us for the sale of our home to be as stress free possible, and it was. I would happily recommend her and her team to friends and family with out hesitation!!

In a difficult market, and with a very difficult set of circumstances to negotiate, Natalie and her team have delivered in every way. They have been there for the whole journey and made my life a lot more bearable, The knowledge that Nat and team were there looking after the sale of the house was re-assuring and a great source of comfort. I hope not to be looking to sell my new property any time soon, but if I am I would not hesitate to employ Natalie to "do it all again."

I have both bought and sold through Nat now and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. All of her advice and support made the processes easy and enjoyable. One of the best things about Nat is she is genuinely interested in helping people find what they need and in building and supporting the local community. I heartily recommend her to anyone buying, selling or renting!
