I was very fortunate to have Nat and Kim as my first real estate agents! They had a wealth of knowledge surrounding the suburb I was looking to buy (including what was to come and in development). The whole settlement process was seamless, if there were any issues, it was communicated to me in a honest and straightforward way. I had been looking around the area for a while and Nat was one of the least “pushy” real estate agents, which was great. Upon final inspection I could not get the gas stove to work, and Kim organised to get that sorted prior to final settlement, which was awesome. Also loved the unique touches that this experience provided (still subscribed to Nat’s local news and property update!).

First home open on 17 Feb and settlement on 29 Mar. What more can I say! Nat was wonderful in all the advise and help she gave. We first talked with her six months before we went to market and the advise on what to do with a home of 32 years was excellent. Could not recommend her more.

Natalie is a thorough and professional agent who made the selling a home seamless and straight forward. If we had to single out a particular character it would be the honesty/frankness of her advice. If she believes the price a seller suggests is too high or low, she will tell them so. If the house needs to be presented in a particular way to assist the sale, she will tell you. If along the way you need to stick to a price or lower it, she will advise you accordingly. Yes this may be what Agents are there for but No, it’s not what you necessarily get. Natalie recently sold our modest home in Bayswater within 4/5 weeks of it being listed in a very much declining market. We are more than happy to use Natalie in the future and recommend her to others.
