Nathan and James were great fun to work with, as well as clearly knowledgeable, supportive when required, and clear when we needed firm direction. Although we were slightly disappointed by the eventual sale price, it was clear that the market (multiple offers on day) wasn’t offering more. James in particular guided us well through that difficult negotiation, as always with a great blend of good humour and practical advice. Highly recommend this team!

There’s good agents and then there’s Nathan, he really is a real estate guru. As buyers, we fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw it and we knew we had to have it. I suspect Nathan knew we loved the house too but he never turned into a pushy sales agent. He remained personable and professional throughout the entire campaign and he remained fair and honest at all times, showing integrity throughout the entire process. We have no plans to sell our new home any time soon, but if and when we do, I would count on Nathan.
