We had a wonderful experience with Nathan Arrowsmith. Nathan came in with comprehensive knowledge of the area and the market. Upon acquiring his services Nathan, immediately took us through a sales and advertising plan which ran like clockwork. He kept us enthusiastic throughout the process, but always gave us a realistic view of what was possible. Nathan was able to co-ordinate contractors for the improvements we wanted to make property before the sale: inc. Painters, Handymen, Carpets, Windows, Gardens. As clients, we went in with an expectations on a sales price based on the current market, Nathan was able to reach above that by $215,500!
Nathan and James were great fun to work with, as well as clearly knowledgeable, supportive when required, and clear when we needed firm direction. Although we were slightly disappointed by the eventual sale price, it was clear that the market (multiple offers on day) wasn’t offering more. James in particular guided us well through that difficult negotiation, as always with a great blend of good humour and practical advice. Highly recommend this team!

As buyers, we fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw it and we knew we had to have it. I suspect Nathan knew we loved the house too but he never turned into a pushy sales agent. He remained personable and professional throughout the entire campaign and he remained fair and honest at all times, showing integrity throughout the entire process. We have no plans to sell our new home any time soon, but if and when we do, I would count on Nathan.
