Nathan was totally reliable and steered us in the right direction his advice on how to present and sell was amazing proven by our families Home of 48 years selling at first open house in a very hard market thanks to all at Buxtons Dingley Village 😘👏🥂
From first meeting Nathan and all through the buying process, he has been an outstanding Agent, ready to give a helpful hand, very pleasant working experience. I highly recommend Nathan, you will be pleasantly surprised, at his outstanding knowledge and work ethic. Great job Nathan keep up the good work.
3 properties bought and sold through Nathan and it was an easy fast and successful experience handled in a very professional ,ethical way. highly recommended.
We met Nathan a few years ago when we were looking for a home in Aspendale Gardens. He helped improve our knowledge and understanding of the area and it was Nathan, as agent who assisted us to buy our present home. Naturally, Nathan was first call to have him manage the sale for us.
Nathan is very good at his job. Has the knowledge required and very pleasant to deal with. He secured a good purchase price for me too.
Both my girlfriend and I were extremely happy to have purchased our first home and were always informed about the property at all times.
With a sliding market it was always going to be a difficult sale. Nathan worked hard on my behalf and when the property didn't sell at auction I could see the disappointment in him. He cares and takes pride in his work. It didn't take long to sell the property after auction and Nathan ensured I received the best result possible, great guy to work with.
We had bought another property 12mths before we sold our family home. Long story short we asked Nathan to give us some time as were attempting to move items from one place to another then carpet & paint and so on. He would touch base with us from time to time, and offered trades people. Because he gave us the time we didn't get any other agent/s involved.
Nathan was professional and very accomodating. Made the experience of buying our family home way less daunting for us.
Nathan is approachable, personable and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Nathan achieved a great sales result in a rather challenging market, so I’m thrilled. Thank you Nathan!
Nathan and his team provided a first class performance with my property sale campaign . There were some legal issues to contend over the course of the sale (matrimonial and beyond our control), however, the Buxton team kept the sale process smooth and professional throughout. I was always well informed along the way and Nathan and his team gave me every confidence which was manifested in a great final result.
We had seen Nathan over a number of months in the Dingley area, he was very knowledgeable and was able to provide good insight. On the house we eventually purchased, he was open, was able to get answers from vendors timely and supportive through the whole process. I think both us and the vendor were pleased with the end result. Thanks Nathan!
