Nathan provided us with several recommendations of varying methods to sell our house in Scarborough. He then advised us of the best marketing strategy required for an impactful and prompt sale. We chose a set date sale with 3 weeks of home opens, unless sold prior. The professional photos looked amazing and this was backed up by a stunning professional video of our home which included drone footage from out the front, rising and panning toward the coast to indicate how close our home was located to the beach. Our home was listed on the web on a Thursday, the ‘for sale’ sign erected on a Friday and our first home open was held on the Saturday. The home open attracted 36 groups and Nathan was fielding 3 genuine offers at the home open. Approximately 3 hours later, Nathan phoned to advise he was coming over to put a big red sticker on the for sale sign. We accepted an all cash offer and had sold our home on the same day at the first home open. I firmly believe that the advice Nathan provided along with the marketing methods implemented, significantly contributed to the number of groups through our home and the sale of the house that day.
