He then gave up his lunch break to make a spontaneous appointment for appraisal & had me signed up, all within 3 hours of making that initial enquiry. My place took a little longer to sell than anticipated, but given my unit was unfurnished & the market is pretty grim in Perth at the moment, he did well.
