Nathan was engaging, informative about the property and also other properties that had recently sold in the block. He pointed out the special features of the apartment especially the view and the unique position with the apartment being at the northern end with only one common wall.
Nathan was always very professional and returned emails and phone calls very promptly. He is definitely sales focussed but never had that "used car sales" or "disinterested" approach that a lot of agents have. I would highly recommend Nathan.
