Dealing with Nathan on what as a trickier than usual sale for a property was made easy as the lines of communication were also open, questions answered and phone calls/messages promptly returned. Would highly recommend using Nathan for selling your property and if you come across a property he is selling, will be a smooth buying process.
Not everyone loves the buying / selling process. Can at times be very stressful. But credit where credit is due - Nathan made the process extremely easy - helpful, professional and very considerate. Thanks mate. Would definitely recommend his services. All the best.
Nathan is a great communicator and really took the stress out of purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so happy with our new home.
Above and Beyond ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd like to commend Nathan Christmas on his professionalism. We were impressed with his experience and responsive approach to answering all our questions and concerns. This made our purchase a very smooth transaction. As we live interstare, we were thrilled to be shown a tour of the property via video call. We love Nathan's positive, happy and courteous personality. We have no hesitation in recommending Nathan to anyone who is looking to invest on the Sunshine Coast.

Nathan sold my property at Birtinya. He was hard working and always available to contact.
Nathan was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we met Nathan he looked and acted professional. He made us feel very comfortable with the sale of our property and understood the sellers perspective. His attitude remained positive and he was eager for a sale, never giving up. I would recommend Nathan to others.
From our first meeting with Nathan we felt confident that we had chosen the right agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He presented us with information about recent sales and advised us of the various ways we could market and sell our property. He was extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We decided to sell our house by auction, however we ended up selling prior to auction after receiving a good offer, thanks to Nathan’s excellent selling skills. Our house sold in 20 days. We highly recommend Nathan and the whole Coronis team. They took the stress out of selling our house.
Could not have asked for a better experience with selling our home. Nathan kept in touch through the process and we felt supported at all times.
