We met Nathan some time ago and we were so impressed by his friendly and happy manner and said to ourselves if ever we decided to sell it would be Nathan working for us. That he did, and 5 days later our house was sold. He is so Professional and switched on, happy to help you in any way, and just a lovely humane being. Big thanks Nathan.
I was in no hurry to sell my property and had a good idea of what it was worth. I spent a couple of months using a private seller’s website with mixed results. Nathan contacted me during this time and the property was sold in the first week for the price I wanted. I was most impressed with the way he handled the sale - his communication and dedication was outstanding, not to mention the exceptional marketing he had organised (we even had channel 9’s Today Show film the property as part of a story they were doing). I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and would certainly use his services again in the future.
All the open houses went well negotiations between Nathan and the clients were totally organised this market knowledge of houses around and what they went for was superb and the house was sold and settled without a hitch
Nathan’s professionalism was outstanding and we thank him. We bought the house on Virtual tour which was very overwhelming for us, I have never bought a house in this way. We both so happy with the presentation and he was thorough throughout the tour. Nathan is an absolute asset to your company and I would recommend Nathan and your real estate. He has always answered an questions we have with honesty and integrity. Thank you Nathan. Mat and Deb
Nathan had been recommended to us and we are very happy that we followed their recommendation. When first listed, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to withdraw the property from sale. Nathan was understanding and and assured us that it wasn’t a problem. His attitude was such that when the time came to re-list the property, he was our first and only choice. Nathan correctly identified the price range for our property and suggested a figure that we were very happy with. Early interest turned quickly into a contract and Nathan’s management ensured that the sale went through quickly and efficiently. Thanks Nathan....really great job!
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nathan; he is professional, focused, motivated and got the job done for us. On top of that everything went smoothly and Nathan did everything he said he would do, he kept us fully informed all the way through and offered us realistic advise. Very happy vendors.
Nathan is the dream agent. He handled everything for me, it was a very calm transaction amidst covid19. I highly recommend Nathan and his team.
We had two separate buyers fall through, despite this Nathan’s tenacity shone through and we managed to secure a sale. Thanks for your effort and hard work.
Nathan did a fantastic job. He was well presented and helped out where ever he could. Nathan made the process so much easier. If I was to sell I would definitely come back to Nathan and get help again.
Nathan was keen, committed and professional, from listing through to the final settlement. He regularly provided feedback and updates that helped us keep up to date with what was happening, not just with our property, but also the market and other similar properties. He worked tirelessly and always displayed a spirit of enthusiasm and excitement about his role. Very easy going but a true professional in every respect.
This sale came out of the blue. Nathan found us and gave us a great opportunity and maximised our sale with ease. We got the price we wanted with no fuss. Nathan's communication was excellent responding day and night to texts and messages. Thanks Nathan.
From the beginning, Nathan presented as a highly professional yet very approachable agent who was always willing to listen to the seller. He was quietly efficient, never pushy and always communicated in a friendly, respectful manner. Nathan went above and beyond his role and personally maintained our property and pool when we could not attend to it. He took the stress away whenever he could. I would highly recommend Nathan as I am confident in his professional abilities and most importantly, found him to be trustworthy and reliable. Thank you for a successful sale Nathan.
