Found Nathan Hick real helpful, friendly and at the same time fair and professional. Very polite, trustworthy, providing fair information which is rare these days. He helped us getting our loving first house to live in. Definitely recommend. Thanks Nathan
A true gentleman who went out of his way to help me. Always professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He made a stressful situation so much easier. Would give him 6 stars if possible!
I was extremely happy with my dealings with Nathan. Barry Plant Croydon could not do enough for me. Service was excellent. Communication was prompt & precise. Knowledge of the market & current sales trends were exact, and any issues were addressed immediately. In future, for any real estate ventures I make, the only call I make will be directly to Nathan.
Nathan was excellent to work alongside buying a first home during what can be such a stressful time. He answered all questions we had in a timely manner and was understanding of the stressful situation we were in. His response time and manner in which he replied helped us to feel confident and supported during the whole process.
Nathan & the team made the sale of our property very easy - no fuss and down-to-earth approach, keeping us informed along the way. He provided us with realistic expectations and delivered to those expectations. Thanks for your all your help!
Our experience purchasing property with Nathan Hick from Barry Plant Realestate was most enjoyable and productive. Nathan's professionalism, prompt communication and attentive nature was much appreciated and contributed to a pleasant result. Many thanks to Nathan and his team.
We have been dealing with Nathan over the course of the last couple of weeks to secure a purchase of an investment property. Generally Nathan took a well balanced approach to working to achieve our needs as purchasers along with the needs of the vendors- we landed on an appropriate outcome for all parties. I was impressed in Nathans quick response to our questions throughout the process. My only callout would be in making sure information is at the ready (especially for investment purposes) around current rent income, body corp fee's etc, as well as any delays to correspondence and turnover times due to COVID.
After dealing with an enormous amount of pretty awful agents, it was really refreshing to communicate with someone as lovely as Nathan. He is enthusiastic and was so great throughout the whole process of purchasing our first home.
Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to his clients needs. In spite of covid 19 he steered us through to a great satisfactory sale of our house, even negotiating the long settlement we needed. Thank you so much to Nathan, and Barry Plant Croydon. Highly recommended.
Nathan was quite responsive and helpful. My settlement happens really quick so we didn't interact much but whenever I needed his help he was there to help in a professional manner. great guy in general
We are first home buyers and we were in the market for several months. We dealt with many agents and found the process quite frustrating at times. From start to finish Nathan was informative, kept us in the loop and put us at ease. We found him trustworthy and we will be recommending him to family and friends.
