Young Gentleman, showed great respect to all my demands. He was very open to my input as my property was a bit quirky. Nathan was teachable when I told him I wasn’t going to resign after the initial agreement time. He was calm when I told him that he knew what I wanted and that I wasn’t going to sign with another agent. I told him don’t insult me with any ridiculous offer , but bring your right customer and I would sign. I had local knowledge which Nathan could get out of the box to learn to pick up any good information. He respected my wis to no signs. He regularly keep I touch during our lengthy settlement. I was looking for a property to purchase for 6 months. I attended more than 50 house inspections and had to deal with countless agents, most failed to return any calls, emails or texts.
